A clear, division-led website for a specialist supply chain recruiter.

Jaxdene Solutions — a recruitment consultancy with 20 years of experience placing talent across manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and driving — needed a website that spoke with equal clarity to hiring managers and to candidates. We built a structured, division-led site that gives both audiences a clear path, positions the consultancy’s industry expertise front and centre, and makes every enquiry feel valued.

The Client

About Jaxdene Solutions

Jaxdene Solutions is a UK recruitment consultancy specialising in supply chain, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, and driving placements, with 20 years of sector experience and a UK and European consultant network. Operating across permanent, temporary, and contract staffing, the business is built around an honest, relationship-led approach that puts people before placements — and delivers candidates pre-screened and registered against specific client requirements.

The Challenge

A specialist recruiter needed a website that served two distinct audiences — client businesses and candidates — without either journey compromising the other.

Two audiences, one site

Hiring managers and job seekers arrive with completely different needs. The site needed to route both audiences clearly without creating confusion about which path to take.

Four divisions not clearly presented

Manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and driving each have different talent pools and different client needs. Individual division pages were needed to support both SEO and audience relevance.

20 years of experience undersold

Two decades of sector expertise is a significant competitive advantage in recruitment. It wasn’t being communicated with enough conviction.

Vacancies not integrated

A live vacancies section is important for both candidates searching for roles and clients demonstrating active engagement with the market.

The Brief

A clear set of priorities

The new site needed to feel experienced, trustworthy and sector-specific, speaking confidently to both sides of the recruitment relationship.

  • Separate the four divisions (manufacturing, engineering, logistics, driving) with individual pages
  • Create distinct but equally prominent pathways for clients and candidates
  • Communicate 20 years of experience and the UK/European network clearly
  • Include a structured vacancies section
  • Position the values — integrity, people-centred, partnership mindset — as differentiators
  • Build an SEO structure around division-specific recruitment search terms
The Approach

Built around the people using it

We started with two simultaneous visitors: the operations director trying to fill a critical engineering role, and the experienced logistics professional looking for their next opportunity. Both needed to feel immediately at home.

/ Structure

Homepage leading with the overall proposition and then splitting into client and candidate pathways. Four division pages each with relevant roles, approach, and a sector-specific contact route.

/ Design

Professional, sector-appropriate visual system — strong typography, confident layout, photography of working environments — that positions Jaxdene as a serious industry partner, not a generic jobs board.

/ Development

WordPress with Divi, with individual division page templates, a vacancies listing section, a structured contact form for both client enquiries and candidate registrations.

/ Search optimisation

Homepage targeting supply chain recruitment UK and engineering recruitment agency. Division pages targeting manufacturing recruitment agency, logistics recruiter UK, engineering recruitment, and driving jobs UK.
