A credible, accreditation-led website for a commercial solar and renewables specialist.

Nola Renewables — a fully accredited commercial renewable energy specialist holding MCS, CHAS, TrustMark, HIES, and Trading Standards approval — needed a website that put their credentials front and centre and gave commercial and industrial clients confidence in the quality and compliance of their work. We built an authoritative, accreditation-forward site that reflects the seriousness of the investment clients are being asked to make.

The Client

About Nola Renewables

Nola Renewables is a commercial renewable energy specialist helping businesses transition to greener, more sustainable operations. Holding full MCS, CHAS, TrustMark, HIES, and Trading Standards accreditations, the business offers renewable installation solutions, operations and maintenance services, green consultancy, and a solar subscription model — giving businesses multiple routes into renewable energy depending on their capital position and sustainability goals.

The Challenge

A fully accredited commercial installer needed a website that communicated their certification status clearly and gave business decision-makers the confidence to request a consultation.

Accreditations not prominent enough

Five accreditations — MCS, CHAS, TrustMark, HIES, and Trading Standards — are the primary trust signals for a commercial renewable buyer. They needed to be visible immediately, not buried.

Four service lines not clearly separated

Renewable installation, O&M services, green consultancy, and the solar subscription model each serve different client needs and different budget situations. Individual pages and explanations were needed.

The solar subscription model was underexplained

The ability to access solar energy without capital outlay is a significant commercial differentiator. It was present but not clearly explained to the commercial decision-maker who might not be aware it was an option.

Limited commercial and industrial SEO

A business focused on commercial and industrial clients needed a site structured around the specific terms those buyers search for.

The Brief

A clear set of priorities

The new site needed to feel certified, authoritative and commercially-focused, giving businesses confidence in both the company and the investment.

  • Position all five accreditations at the top of every page
  • Separate the four service lines with individual pages and clear explanations
  • Give the solar subscription model its own page and explanation
  • Build SEO around commercial solar installation and renewable energy for businesses
  • Create a clear enquiry route for commercial and industrial prospects
The Approach

Built around the people using it

We started with the commercial facilities manager or business owner evaluating renewable energy for the first time. They need to understand who they’re dealing with, what the accreditations mean, and what their options are — before they’ll consider picking up the phone.

/ Structure

Accreditation logos above the fold on the homepage. Four service sections with individual page depth. Solar subscription given prominent positioning as a distinct, accessible entry point.

/ Design

Clean, professional visual system — green accent reflecting the sustainability mission, structured layout, appropriate imagery — that positions Nola as a credible commercial partner.

/ Development

WordPress with Divi, with individual service page templates, a YouTube video integration for product demonstration, accreditation logo sections, and a structured commercial enquiry form.

/ Search optimisation

Homepage targeting commercial solar installation UK and renewable energy for businesses. Individual pages targeting solar panel installation commercial, operations and maintenance solar, and solar subscription service UK.
