STUDIO
Retail & Installation · Website Redesign

A stronger digital presence for a UK retail installation specialist.

We Are Visual — a UK-wide specialist in POS, signage, and retail display installation — needed a website that reflected their experience, scale, and white-label credentials to the brands and agencies they work with. We redesigned the site to present their six core service areas clearly, lead with their 25 years of combined experience, and give potential clients a confident first impression before the first call.

UK-Wide

The Client

About We Are Visual

We Are Visual is a UK-based retail display installation company delivering seamless POS, signage, and display installs for brands and agencies across the UK, EU, and beyond. With over 25 years of combined industry experience, their teams handle everything from single-store installations to full multi-location rollouts — supported by in-house surveys, logistics, project management, and print and design.

Their white-label model means brands get professional installation under their own name, delivered quietly and consistently.

The Challenge

The previous website undersold the scale, capability, and professionalism of a business operating at national and international level.

An unclear service structure

Six distinct service areas — white-label installation, global rollouts, surveys, logistics, project management, and print and design — were not organised in a way that helped a first-time visitor understand the full offer quickly.

No white-label positioning

The white-label model is a key commercial differentiator but wasn’t communicated prominently. Agencies and brands who want to deliver installs under their own name needed to see this clearly.

Insufficient credibility signals

Operating nationally and internationally requires a website that commands trust on the first visit. The previous site did not reflect the scale of the work being delivered.

Weak enquiry routes

There was no consistent call to action or structured enquiry path to convert a visiting brand manager or agency buyer into a lead.

The Brief

A clear set of priorities

The new site needed to feel professional, experienced and capable, while being immediately navigable for a time-pressured brand or agency contact.

  • Organise all six service areas clearly with individual explanations
  • Lead with the white-label offering prominently
  • Build trust through experience claims, client logos, and sector credibility
  • Create clear enquiry routes for brands, agencies, and direct clients
  • Support national and international positioning
  • Perform cleanly on desktop, where agency clients are most likely to arrive
The Approach

Built around the people using it

We started by identifying the primary visitor: an agency or brand manager who needs a reliable, professional installation partner they can trust to represent their client well on site. The site needed to answer “are these people good enough?” quickly, then make it easy to get in touch.

/ Structure

Homepage leads with the positioning statement and client logos, followed by clearly separated service sections. Each service gets a standalone explanation with its own context and language.

/ Design

Clean, high-contrast layout — white space, restrained typography, strong imagery — that signals professionalism without becoming visually noisy. The aesthetic mirrors the attention-to-detail their installation work requires.

/ Development

Built in WordPress with Divi, with an animated client logo carousel, scroll-activated sections, and a structured contact flow for project enquiries.

/ Search optimisation

Homepage targeting retail display installation UK, service pages targeting white label installation service and retail rollout management, with supporting metadata throughout.

The Outcome

The completed site gives We Are Visual a digital presence that reflects the scale and quality of their work and makes it easy for an agency or brand manager to understand the offer and reach out. The white-label positioning in particular gives the business a clear differentiator in search and in conversation.

Designed properly. Built to work.

The We Are Visual project combined clear service structure, considered professional design, and practical WordPress development to create a website that matches the ambition of the business and the expectations of the clients they serve.
